The heart of Sauvignon Blanc I comes from a vineyard in Deidesheimer Paradiesgarten, where we consistently find the best vineyards for our top Sauvignon Blancs. The long reifung on the natural hefe and the outbuilding in Tonneau enhance this Rebsorte's character, resulting in a more refined and distinct white wine. The aroma of the wood, which has a stronger nutty flavour and a subtle smoky undertone, as well as the fruit that one would expect from a Sauvignon Blanc—the safe fruit—are both evident in the nose. With gelbem Apfel, Quitte, Honigmelone, and Limettenabrieb, she is satt, reif, and exotisch. The harmonious balance of saline and extract sweetens the length of the Sauvignon Blanc I.
